Frequently Asked Questions

Please be aware that Danielle will be on scheduled leave from 17 December 2025 - 12 January 2026, and is currently fully booked until February.

  • What can I expect from you?

I'm here to provide evidence-based guidance, strategic support, and education to help you make safe, child-focused decisions. I typically respond to emails and messages within 1–72 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and scheduled leave), and I'm committed to maintaining a professional, supportive coaching relationship.

Coaching is deeply relational work, and I’ve learned that the quality of my work depends on the quality of my energy. I’m very intentional about the way I structure my days so I can show up with full presence, focus, and creativity.

I generally facilitate coaching calls between 10am and 3pm (Australian Eastern), Tuesday to Friday, and respond to emails as time permits in between my scheduled calls on any given day. I can sometimes accomodate calls that fall outside of the above time window upon request, however please discuss your needs with me before signing up for a package if you will not be able to align with my usual availability most of the time.

What's expected of me as a client?

Coaching is most effective when you actively engage with the process. This means:

    • Taking the lead in booking sessions and reaching out with questions

    • Coming prepared to coaching calls

    • Engaging with the Blueprint and other resources

    • Applying strategies between sessions

    • Maintaining constructive, respectful communication

    • Seeking specialised help (GP, therapist) if overwhelming emotions impact your daily functioning

Remember: Very few situations are genuinely urgent, even though they may feel that way. Learning to pause, regulate your emotions, and make decisions from a grounded state is an essential part of this work.

  • Coaching packages include:

    • Specified hours of 1:1 coaching (defined on each dedicated package page) via flexibly booked sessions (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes)

    • Email support between sessions (responses generally within 1–72 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and scheduled leave)

    • Lifetime access to the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ with all modules, resources, and future updates

    • Access to AI Danielle while your package is active. AI Danielle is a digital extension of me - trained on my evidence-based coaching frameworks to support you between 1:1 sessions and Blueprint modules. It’s there to help you think through decisions, refine co-parenting messages, and apply the research in real time 24/7.

Already purchased the Blueprint? Let me know directly, along with which package you would like to sign up to, and you will receive a separate payment link.

Those who have purchased the full Blueprint will receive $500 off their chosen package, and those who have purchased the Foundation Edition will receive $297 off the cost of their chosen package.

How long do I have to use my coaching hours?

Your coaching hours don't expire, giving you the flexibility to use them as needed throughout your journey. Access to email support and AI Danielle between calls is only available whilst your package is active (i.e., whilst you still have coaching hours remaining).

Can I book my coaching sessions in advance?

Yes! You're encouraged to book your sessions proactively. You can schedule multiple appointments in advance and reschedule if needed. This helps ensure you get the times that work best for your schedule.

  • What should I expect from coaching?

Coaching is an active, collaborative process designed to support you in making evidence-based, child-focused decisions. I'll provide guidance, strategies, and support to help you build your capacity to advocate confidently for yourself and your children. However, coaching is not a 'done for you' service – your engagement and application of strategies are essential to achieving your goals.

    Are coaching outcomes guaranteed?

No. Whilst I provide comprehensive guidance and strategic support, coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results are influenced by many factors, including your engagement with the process, application of strategies, and external circumstances outside our control.

Is coaching the same as legal advice?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for legal advice. I cannot give legal advice, make legal decisions for you or guarantee legal outcomes. Any decisions or actions you take are your responsibility. Coaching provides education, strategic support, and capacity-building to help you make informed decisions.

  • How do I book my coaching sessions?

You'll receive direct booking links and a unique redemption code in your Welcome Packet. You're responsible for proactively booking your sessions – I won't follow up or chase you, and this helps build your capacity to take the lead during this challenging time.

    What happens between coaching sessions?

You have email support whilst your package is active, and 24/7 access to the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ and my digital mind - ‘AI Danielle’.
I typically respond to emails within 1–72 hours, depending on availability (excluding weekends, public holidays, and scheduled leave). Please keep in mind that email support between calls is for questions and brief guidance – it's not a crisis service.

What if I have an emergency?

Coaching is not an emergency or crisis service. If you need urgent support, please contact:

    • MensLine Australia - 1300 78 99 78

    • 1800RESPECT – 1800 737 732

    • Lifeline – 13 11 14

    • Beyond Blue – 1300 22 4636

    • In an emergency – call 000

For day-to-day support outside sessions, you're also encouraged to connect with the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™, AI Danielle, your GP, therapist/psychologist, and trusted friends/family.

How should I prepare for coaching sessions?

Come prepared with a few brief notes on what you'd like support with in that session. You can email them to me ahead of time so we can hit the ground running and make the most of your time.

What if I'm feeling overwhelmed or emotional?

It's completely normal to feel stressed, anxious, or reactive during this time. However, it's important that all communications remain constructive, solution-focused, and respectful. If you're feeling highly emotional or reactive, I encourage you to pause, work through Module 16 of the Blueprint (Growing Your Capacity) and/or utilise the support of AI Danielle to help regulate, and reach out once you're in a calmer state. This ensures our work together is productive and effective.

  • Will you review documents/drafts?

Short documents (up to 15 pages) may be reviewed as part of your coaching package. For longer documents, reading time will either be deducted from your package hours or charged at the standard hourly rate.

To preserve your coaching hours for 1:1 strategy and preparation, I strongly recommend using document summaries or AI tools (like ChatGPT) to distil lengthy materials before sharing them with me.

What information should I prepare about my case?

If relevant to your current stage, after securing your coaching package you may provide a summary of:

    • Overall case outline, including key matters in dispute

    • What you and the other side are seeking

    • Main accusations against you (if any)

    • Main accusations against the other parent (if any)

    • Recommendations from experts (if relevant)

This helps us work efficiently and strategically during your coaching sessions.

  • What if I decide that I need more coaching hours, and would like to upgrade my package?
You will only pay the difference between the packages, depending on how much 1:1 coaching time you have already utilised. Or, you may choose to utilise all of the 1:1 coaching in your current package, and then upgrade to a package that includes more 1:1 coaching hours.

What if I need more coaching hours after my current package is concluded?

You can renew, or upgrade, your package at any time. Renewal costs reflect only the additional coaching hours, ongoing email support, and continued access to AI Danielle. Your lifetime access to the Blueprint remains included at no extra cost.

    Renewal options:

    • Package with 3 hours of coaching: $1,125

    • Package with 6 hours of coaching: $2,200

  • What are my first steps after purchasing a package?

    1. Within 48 hours of making full payment or your first instalment (not including weekends or public holidays) you will receive your official Welcome email.

    2. Book your first 1:1 coaching session using the direct links and redemption code provided

    3. Access the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ using your unique code

    4. Access AI Danielle

    5. Begin summarising information about your case (as outlined in your Welcome Packet) if relevant for your situation.

Where can I find the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ after paying for a coaching package?

You'll receive a unique one-time access code and direct link in your Welcome Packet. This gives you immediate lifetime access to all modules, resources, and future updates.
