What Blueprint Members Are Saying
-
"Even my family doctor was encouraging care arrangements that I knew were wrong - in that moment I knew I needed the Blueprint, I knew I needed the evidence. I'm now confident about what my children need, and it's not what other people tried to convince me of. Thank you for creating this resource Danielle!"
— Helen M (Post-Separation Abuse Podcast listener)
-
"At first I was thinking 'okay, this information is all well and good, but how do I use it?' But that's where growing my capacity came in. Growing my tolerance for having conversations with my lawyer that felt really uncomfortable to me because I was challenging what they were suggesting. I'm feeling so proud of myself for doing this work. I know my outcome isn't guaranteed, but I also know it's going to be better for my kids because I've got the Blueprint and AI Danielle, and I'm willing to advocate for my children even when it feels uncomfortable. This is me 'putting on my own cape' as Danielle says!
— Sami L (Post-Separation Abuse Podcast listener)
-
"I used the Blueprint knowledge and capacity building skills to change a 50-50 shared care parenting arrangement, and I know I couldn't have done that without this amazing resource. I don't know how anyone can truly protect their kids after separation without the Blueprint because no other resource is as child-focused and evidence-based as this - believe me I've looked!"
— Bec T (Post-Separation Abuse Podcast listener)
“Is the Blueprint right for me?”
Yes, if you want to…
• Stop second-guessing yourself.
Make decisions based on what your children actually need, backed by research
• Become the advocate your children deserve.
Navigate mediation and family court with clarity, capacity, and evidence-based confidence
• Access expert frameworks with specialist support day and night
The same strategic frameworks that the experienced Danielle Black Coaching team uses in sought-after private 1:1 coaching - available whenever you need them PLUS 24/7 digital coaching support.
Finally, a post-separation parenting resource that gets it right - child development and wellbeing put first, with the evidence - and the support - to back it up.
The Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint is designed to meet you wherever you are:
-
You're scared to make the wrong decisions about your children's future. You're thinking about what might be "fair" after separation, or what the other parent might demand, but you're confused about what's actually best for your kids.
The Blueprint gives you:
Clear understanding of what children need at each developmental stage
Evidence to counter pressure for arrangements that aren't right for your kids
Strategic planning tools before you separate (the best time to start)
-
You've been told that "50/50" is what's 'best' and 'fair'. You might be confused about whether the other parent has particular legal "rights" to a certain amount of parenting time. You're experiencing pressure to agree to arrangements you know aren't right - but you're not sure how to advocate credibly.
The Blueprint gives you:
The research debunking the 50/50 myth
Age-appropriate parenting arrangement frameworks
Communication scripts and strategies
How to advocate without being dismissed
-
You've been made to feel "difficult" or "controlling" when you advocate for what your children need. You want reassurance you're on the right track and evidence-based arguments that can't be easily swept aside.
The Blueprint gives you:
Comprehensive documentation strategies
How to challenge inappropriate recommendations
Professional navigation skills
Legal realities and when to engage the court system
-
You need to prepare for family reports, challenge recommendations, or face trial. You want to understand the system, advocate effectively, and build the capacity to sustain this fight.
The Blueprint gives you:
Module 20: Preparing for final trial (including "Capacity for Final Trial" PDF)
How to prepare for family report assessments
Understanding why professionals miss coercive control
Strategic decision-making frameworks
Nervous system regulation tools for high-stress situations
Complimentary access to AI Danielle for all Blueprint members.
Most separated parents cannot access consistent, expert support when they most need it - at 6pm on a Friday when a legal letter arrives, at 3am when the mind won't stop, or in the car park after a difficult changeover.
AI Danielle exists for exactly those moments.
AI Danielle is trained entirely on principal coach Danielle Black's knowledge, frameworks, and evidence base. She knows the Blueprint, the frameworks, the grounding tools, and the research - and she will help you apply it to your specific situation, at any hour.
For the parent who needs support to regulate before a changeover, a lawyer meeting, or a court hearing.
For the parent who is about to send an email they will regret.
For the parent who is doing this entirely through the Blueprint and needs a coaching presence morning, noon and night.
When you open AI Danielle, you are not getting a search engine or a generic chat-bot.
You are getting a specialist thinking partner who will help you to get clear, to think, and to respond, strategically - rather than thinking, and acting, from a place of emotional reactivity.
Here's the truth the others won't tell you:
Most post-separation parenting advice from other professionals ignores child development research and evidence entirely.
In Australia, lawyers are not even required to learn anything about family law as a prerequisite to being a lawyer, let alone anything about child development or post-separation parenting research.
The Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ gives you the information other professionals don't - and it's the same framework we use when protective parents work with us via 1:1 coaching.
Now you can access it, anytime you need it.
Blueprint Parents don’t have to put the safety and wellbeing of their children in the hands of someone who hasn’t even learned the basics about child development, attachment, impact of coercive control…that’s just the tip of the iceberg, and most lawyers don’t know any of it - because they’re simply not required to.
Protecting your children starts with the right knowledge.
Protecting your children starts with the Blueprint.

Understand how survival mode rewires not just your thoughts, but your identity and personality - and why knowing what to do isn't enough if your identity hasn't shifted
Daily practices that take 5-15 minutes but create measurable, lasting change (includes comprehensive affirmation and guided meditation recordings)
Understand how your nervous system state directly impacts credibility on your post-separation journey AND your children's sense of safety
Learn to model emotion regulation so your children develop these skills for life
Stay grounded when your children need you most - especially during transitions and high-stress periods
Learn The STEER Response Framework™ - a tool for understanding and influencing the chain from thoughts → emotions → embodied state (including actions) → results
Module 16 isn't self-help fluff - it's evidence-based nervous system training that gives you the internal capacity to handle meeting with report writers, hold your own with cross-examination, resist pressure to agree to harmful arrangements, and stay strategic when your children's safety is at stake. This is the difference between knowing what your children need and being able to fight for it.
-
Finally understand what you’re actually dealing with - not “high conflict,” but a patterned system of domination that professionals routinely miss.
Learn the 7 child-directed coercive control tactics Danielle Black identified through lived experience and hundreds of cases - a framework you won’t find anywhere else.
See exactly how these patterns harm your children at every age, and why courts respond completely differently when you frame evidence this way.
Stop feeling overwhelmed or gaslit and gain the language to describe what’s happening with clarity, confidence and authority.
Use the 4-layer documentation system (notes → monthly patterns → quarterly summaries → evidence packs) that family law professionals will actually take seriously.
Understand why professionals keep misidentifying coercive control, and learn how to present your case so they can’t miss it anymore.
Turn chaos into patterns and patterns into evidence, using templates and real-world examples that show you exactly what to record and how.
Recognise your own conditioned compliance and fear-based responses, and learn how to articulate this clearly in a legal context.
Shift from reactive to strategic, with practical steps that help you advocate effectively and protect your children over the long term.
Become the expert in your own case - because no one else in the system will identify, document, or explain these patterns for you.
-
Challenging the ‘equal parenting’ ideology

Challenging inappropriate or harmful parenting arrangements
Australian family law realities
When the court system may be needed
Preparing for family report assessments
Capacity-building for final trial
Guidance when advocating for your children to your legal team and others

An honest foundation. Lesson 1 cuts through the hype - what AI actually is, where it fails, and why discernment is non-negotiable when the stakes are your children and your legal proceedings.
The skill most people are missing. Lesson 2 teaches you how to instruct AI so that what comes back is actually useful. The quality of your output depends almost entirely on the quality of your prompt - and this lesson shows you exactly how to get it right.
Practical tools for your everyday reality. Lesson 3 covers the tasks that drain your time and energy - co-parenting communication, understanding legal concepts, organising your timeline, preparing for lawyer consultations - with tested prompt templates written specifically for your context. Includes a dedicated section on protecting your privacy before you upload anything sensitive.
Meet AI Danielle. Lesson 4 introduces your digital coaching and thinking partner - what she does, how to get the most from her, and how she fits alongside other AI tools in your toolkit. Some parents who access AI Danielle have a coaching relationship with Danielle or her team. Others access her through the Blueprint alone and may never speak with a human coach.
AI Danielle holds both groups with equal care. For the parent who is navigating this process entirely through the Blueprint - she is not a fallback. She is a genuine coaching presence, available for the full duration of your post-separation parenting journey - at every stage, at any hour.
For some parents, AI Danielle will be the most consistent coaching presence available to them throughout one of the most difficult experiences of their lives. The lesson that could change the financial reality of your litigation. Lesson 5 walks you through a full step-by-step process for using AI to draft your affidavit - including how to apply the Module 17 coercive control frameworks so your evidence is framed as a pattern of behaviour, not a list of one-off incidents. This is specialist knowledge your lawyer almost certainly does not have and it is the most practically valuable lesson in the module.
Built for your context. Every prompt template, every example, every piece of guidance in this module has been written for parents navigating Australian family law, and can be tailored for other jurisdictions. Not generic. Not surface-level. Real, practical, and protective.
Additional Resources:
Co-parenting communication templates
Documentation frameworks
Real parenting plan/order examples you can customise (Australia-specific but customisable to other jurisdictions)

What Blueprint Members Are Saying
-
Unbelievable! I waited to join the Blueprint for so long, but ultimately did because I was receiving so much pressure from my ex about overnight time with our neurodivergent kids...I wish I had joined earlier! Such a game changer! I now have the research, and the words, to hold firm on my position in a way that makes me feel so confident and unshakeable.
— Jackie S
-
The first thing that I want to say is that I'm so sorry that Danielle Black had to go through what she did to get to a point where she was able to create this amazing resource. The idea of going through my post-separation journey without the Blueprint gives me chills. My kids are safer because of the Blueprint, and I'm forever grateful. I can now honestly say that I'm a 'protective parent'.
— Jules Y
-
...Just recently my lawyer suggested that I offer an overnight to my ex to "show flexibility and compromise". I explained the research relating to overnight time away from the primary caregiver for children under the age of 4 years (with some help from the talking points in the Blueprint!) and asked my lawyer if they still thought I should offer an overnight. Their response - "no". AI Danielle is also amazing! Hands down the best money I've spent since separation.
— Christine P
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No - post-separation parenting is a marathon, not a sprint - so the sooner you start building knowledge, capacity and advocacy skills, the better.
Starting before separation puts you way ahead. You'll:
Make better initial decisions
Set up arrangements properly from the start
Avoid common mistakes that are hard to fix later
Enter negotiations from a position of knowledge and strength
-
The Blueprint isn't something you "complete" - it's designed as a living resource you return to whenever you need it.
Some parents dive into everything right away. Others focus on specific modules relevant to their current situation. Both approaches work.
Most clients:
Start with Modules 1-4 (child development foundations)
Regularly check-in with Module 16: Growing your Capacity
Work through modules relevant to their specific situation
Return to modules repeatedly as circumstances change
Use Module 20 intensively when preparing for trial
Reference communication templates regularly
Think of it as a reference library, not a course with a finish line.
-
Self-study, in written format, so you can access it anytime, work at your own pace, and return to modules whenever you need them.

The Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ is a mobile-friendly written, reference-based program.
It has been intentionally designed for parents who want:
Clear, structured written explanations
Evidence-based frameworks they can return to as needed
Practical templates, examples, and checklists
A resource they can dip in and out of during court, mediation, or decision-making
The Blueprint is delivered primarily via written lessons and downloadable PDFs.
The Blueprint does not currently include video or audio versions of the written modules. However, Danielle is hard at work recording audio versions of each lesson that will begin rolling out from May 2026 onwards, giving members the flexibility to listen as well as read. Audio versions will be added to the Blueprint progressively - members enrolled now receive access to every audio lesson as it drops, at no additional cost.
Is the current, primarily written format right for you?
This program currently is best suited to parents who:
Are able to engage with written material at their own pace
Prefer structured explanations they can return to as needed
Value templates, examples, and reference-style written resources
Until all lessons are available via audio, you may find the Blueprint challenging if:
You struggle to retain information from written content
You rely primarily on video or spoken instruction to learn
Reading on a screen is difficult or fatiguing for you
Many parents find written resources empowering because they allow for flexible pacing and revisiting content. Others find written-heavy formats inaccessible, even when the material itself is valuable.
If you know that reading-based learning does not work well for you, please keep this in mind as the audio components of each lesson will take time to be fully rolled out across 2026.

Lifetime access - meaning years, not months.

Not taking proactive protective action can feel very comfortable if you are worried that the alternative is court proceedings.
Here at Danielle Black Coaching, we’ve been doing this work long enough to know that the brain that got you where you are right now, is not the brain that is going to get you out - at least, not without high-level knowledge, capacity growth and advocacy skills.
That’s what separates the Blueprint, and the coaches at Danielle Black Coaching, apart from everything and everyone else in the post-separation space.
That’s why Blueprint members consistently optimise their overall outcomes.
Worried about family court?

Yes - and many of our Blueprint parents are based outside Australia.
While some content references Australian family law and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia specifically, the majority of the Blueprint is built on principles that apply regardless of where you live.
Child development research, attachment science, nervous system regulation, capacity building, communication strategies, documentation approaches, and the fundamentals of protective parenting are not jurisdiction-specific. They are universal - because children's needs are universal.
The strategic and psychological dimensions of navigating a high-conflict separation or coercive control post-separation also translate across borders.
The patterns are remarkably consistent whether you are in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, New Zealand, or anywhere else in the developed world. The system may look different. The experience of being in it rarely does.
-

Complimentary 24/7 access to AI Danielle - our dedicated digital post-separation parenting coach. She is not a generic chatbot - she thinks the way Danielle thinks. She knows the Blueprint, the frameworks, and the research - and she will help you apply all of it to your specific situation, at any hour.
For the parent who needs support at 3am before a difficult court hearing. For the parent who is about to send an email they will regret. For the parent who is spiralling at 6pm on a Friday when a legal letter lands in their inbox.
-
AI Danielle is not a general AI chat bot. She is trained entirely on Danielle's IP - the Blueprint frameworks, the evidence base, the Three Steps to Protective Parenting™, the STEER Response Framework™, and Danielle's years of coaching experience.
When you ask her something, you are not getting a generic response. You are getting a specialist coaching response grounded in the exact frameworks this program is built on.
She also operates differently - she is designed to help you think strategically and regulate your nervous system, not just answer questions. You will feel the difference in your first interaction.
-
No - and this is an important distinction.
AI Danielle is not designed primarily as a gap-filler between human sessions.
She is the primary capacity-building infrastructure of the Blueprint.
For members who access the Blueprint without a coaching package, she may be their most consistent coaching presence throughout their post-separation journey, which may include court proceedings.
For members who do have a coaching package, or connect with a coach for standalone sessions when needed, she makes those sessions more effective by helping them prepare and debrief.
She is available at any hour, for any stage of the process, for as long as you need her.
