Explore Our Intimate Group Experiences

Trauma-informed, child-focused, professionally facilitated small-group support for Australian mothers navigating complex post-separation realities.

These are not generic coaching groups. Each experience is intentionally small, professionally facilitated and deeply held. We work with women who carry complex emotional, psychological and practical loads. Group size is capped for safety, trust and genuine support - so you can feel genuinely grounded, seen and guided.

Separation Curious

A 4-week small group experience for Australian women contemplating separation, facilitated by Principal Coach Danielle Black.

If you are here, there is a reason.

You are not “dramatic.”
You are not “overreacting.”
And you are not “failing.”

You are a thoughtful person who is trying to understand whether separation is the right next step for you (and possibly also your children).

This 4-week small-group experience is for Australian women who do not want to make impulsive decisions, but who recognise that something in their marriage/relationship is deeply not working - and they want clarity, steadiness, strategy, and professional support as they think things through.

    • You are quietly considering separation but haven’t decided

    • You feel fairly certain that you want to separate, but are scared about the practical reality

    • You feel confused, torn, guilty or overwhelmed

    • Part of you is hoping things might improve, while another part knows something has to change

    • You want child-centred clarity rather than panic-driven decisions

    • You want to understand emotional, practical, safety and legal realities before doing anything

    • You value grounded, evidence-informed, trauma-aware guidance

    • You want honest conversation without anyone pushing you to “just leave” or telling you to “just stay”

    • You are able to commit to attending the live sessions

    • You and/or your children are currently in physical danger (you need specialist crisis support)

    • You have already begun the separation process (you need individual post-separation strategy and should start with a 1:1 coaching consultation)

    • You are currently in active court proceedings

    • You want validation to leave immediately rather than thoughtful exploration

    • You are wanting legal advice (this isn’t legal advice, though we discuss family law frameworks, realities and safety)

    • You want a therapy group - this is structured, practical, supportive solution-focused coaching

    • You are unable to attend the live sessions and are seeking recordings (these sessions are never recorded)

    • 4 x 90-minute live small group sessions (women-only, highly contained, safe)

    • Space to slow down your nervous system so you can think clearly

    • Grounded discussion about children’s needs, attachment, potential post-separation parenting arrangements, safety and realities

    • Clarity about common psychological, emotional and logistical considerations

    • Steady facilitation - no drama, no chaos, no pressure

    • Compassionate truth, not fantasy or false reassurances

    • A meaningful $250 discount on the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™

    • Free access to AI Danielle until December 2026

    • Clear options for ongoing support if you choose

My commitment is that you will leave these 4 weeks feeling:

    • clearer

    • more grounded

    • emotionally steadier

    • more informed

    • less alone

    • more trusting of your own judgement

Even if you decide not to separate.
Even if you’re not ready yet.
Even if you never work with me again.

What you gain here travels with you.

    • The Separation Curious group is intentionally small. This is not a large, anonymous “group program” on zoom.

Family Court Curious

A 4-week small group experience for Australian mothers contemplating applying for parenting and/or property orders, facilitated by Principal Coach Danielle Black.

Considering family court is enormous.

It is not a decision you make lightly.

This 4-week experience is for Australian women who are seriously thinking about entering the family law system but haven’t yet filed - and want to understand the reality, not the horror stories, fantasy or fear.

This is where you breathe, think, stabilise, and decide consciously with informed and strategic intention.

    • You are in immediate danger and require urgent legal or safety intervention

Nervous System Recovery & Capacity Building

A 4-week small group experience for women navigating chronic stress, and ongoing emotional load, facilitated by Senior Coach Brigid Morgan.

This small group experience is designed for women who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode - even when the immediate crisis has passed.

Our 4 sessions together focuses on rebuilding nervous system capacity after prolonged stress, relational trauma, relationship separation, or ongoing co-parenting strain. The emphasis is not on “fixing” yourself (or the situation), but on understanding how your nervous system has adapted - and learning practical, compassionate ways to expand your capacity, steadiness, and sense of internal safety.

You will be guided through nervous-system-informed education, reflection, and discussion, helping you to make sense of your reactions, reduce shame, and build skills that support regulation and inner capacity in everyday life.

Parenting Without Court Orders

A 4-week small group experience for mothers navigating shared parenting outside the court system, facilitated by Senior Coach Brigid Morgan.

This small group experience is designed for parents who are navigating post-separation parenting without formal parenting orders, and who want to do so thoughtfully, protectively, and with a clear understanding of what is - and is not - workable over time.

Our 4 sessions together support you to build clarity and capacity when parenting arrangements are informal, evolving, or under pressure. The focus is on child-centred decision-making, realistic expectations, important boundaries, and reducing fear-based or reactive choices.

This is not a space that promotes avoiding court at all costs, nor is it designed to push parents toward litigation. Instead, it exists to support informed, grounded decision-making - so that parenting without orders is approached consciously, rather than by default.

You will be guided through education, discussion, and reflection, helping you to understand common risks, pressure points, and myths around parenting without orders, while strengthening your confidence to parent protectively and sustainably.

Holding The Line

Parenting orders explained, what to include, how they work and what comes next

A 3 session small group experience for mothers wanting information about the realities of final parenting orders, facilitated by Senior Coach Trudie Hargrave.

Holding the Line is a 3 session small group experience, spaced fortnightly, for mothers who already have final parenting orders - or who are approaching that stage - and want to understand how orders actually function in real life, not just on paper.

This group is designed for women who are feeling overwhelmed, confused, or destabilised by what to include in final orders, or with the post-order reality they find themselves in: unclear expectations, pressure to be “flexible,” ongoing conflict, or a sense that the orders they fought for are not delivering the safety, predictability, or relief they expected.

Across 3 x 90 minute sessions, we focus on what parenting orders are meant to dowhat they can and cannot protect, and how to work with them in a grounded, child-focused, and psychologically sustainable way. This includes understanding common pitfalls, enforcement myths, boundary erosion, and what “holding the line” actually looks like over time.

This is not a space that promotes rigid rule-following at the expense of children’s needs, nor is it about endlessly accommodating the other parent to keep the peace. Instead, it exists to support clear, realistic, and defensible use of parenting orders, so they function as a stabilising framework rather than another source of stress or self-doubt.

You will be guided through education, discussion, and reflection to help you regain clarity, confidence, and steadiness - particularly if you are questioning whether you are “doing it right,” feeling worn down by ongoing demands, or unsure what options exist beyond simply enduring the status quo.

My intention is that this investment delivers a return in confidence, understanding and knowledge regarding the role and reality of final court orders - whether you continue with further coaching support or not.

    You receive:

    • 4.5 hours of live, specialist, high-level support over 3 sessions

    • Intimate, capped small-group experience

    • Grounded guidance, emotional regulation and clarity

    • Meaningful Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint discount

    • Access to AI Danielle until May 2026

This is not a casual information session or general webinar.
It is structured, focused professional support, designed to genuinely help you understand final orders, and their role within your post-separation dynamic on a deeper level. This includes enhancing your understanding of what parenting orders are meant to do, what they can and cannot protect, and how to work with them in a grounded, child-focused, and psychologically sustainable way.

Post-Separation Co-Parenting Communication

Staying Focused, Child-Centred, and Protective

A 3 session small group experience for mothers wanting to learn and enhance practical communication and documentation strategies for high-conflict situations, facilitated by Senior Coach Trudie Hargrave.

Post-Separation Co-Parenting Communication is a 3 session small group experience for women who find that communication with their former partner remains one of the most draining, destabilising, and stressful aspects of post-separation parenting.

This group is designed for parents who are exhausted by constant messages, emotional manipulation, boundary testing, circular arguments, or subtle pressure - and who want to learn how to communicate in ways that are calm, child-focused, defensible, and psychologically protective, without being pulled into reactivity or self-doubt.

Across three sessions, we focus on how communication functions in high-conflict dynamics, why “reasonable” or well-intentioned responses can backfire, and how to adopt practical communication and documentation strategies that reduce exposure, minimise escalation, and protect your long-term position - both emotionally and practically.

This is not a space that encourages silence at all costs, nor is it about crafting the “perfect” message to finally be understood. Instead, it exists to support clear, intentional, and bounded communication, grounded in children’s needs, realistic expectations, and an understanding of how written communication is often used - and misused - after separation.

You will be guided through education, examples, discussion, and reflection to help you move away from reactive or over-explained responses, and toward communication that is purposeful, steady, and aligned with your values as a protective parent.

    • You experience ongoing conflict, pressure, or emotional drain through communication with your former partner

    • You feel unsure how to respond without escalating, over-explaining, or disengaging completely

    • You are dealing with frequent messages, tone issues, demands, or boundary testing

    • You want to communicate in a way that is child-centred and defensible over time

    • You are concerned about documentation and how written communication may be used or misrepresented

    • You want practical frameworks rather than generic scripts or platitudes

    • You value evidence-informed, developmentally appropriate guidance

    • You can commit to attending the 3 x live group video call sessions

    • You value learning alongside others in a supportive, facilitated group

    • You are seeking legal advice or case-specific drafting

    • You want help to convince, confront, or emotionally engage the other parent

    • You are in immediate crisis or safety risk and require urgent support

    • You are looking for one-to-one coaching rather than a group experience

    • You are unable to attend the live sessions and require recordings

    • You are not open to reflective, skills-based group discussion

    • You want unregulated venting - this is a contained, supportive, grounded space that is also firmly solution-focused

    • 3 x 90-minute live small group sessions (spaced fortnightly)

    • Education about post-separation communication in high-conflict dynamics

    • Practical frameworks for written and verbal communication

    • Guidance on boundaries, tone, frequency, and content

    • Discussion of common traps (JADE, over-responding, appeasing, disengaging too far)

    • Support to understand documentation, record-keeping, and pattern awareness

    • Reduced isolation through shared understanding with others facing similar challenges

    • Guidance from a coach experienced in high-conflict post-separation communication

    • A meaningful $250 discount on The Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™

    • Access to AI Danielle until December 2026

    You will leave feeling:

    • more informed

    • more grounded

    • more confident in how - and whether - to respond

    • clearer about what is child-focused versus reactive

    • steadier and less emotionally hijacked by communication

    • better equipped to document and hold boundaries consistently

    • more aligned with your values as a protective parent

    • The Post-Separation Communication group is intentionally small. This is not a large, anonymous “group program” on zoom.
Each group is intentionally small so it remains personal, deeply supported and emotionally safe.
The size is chosen so that every woman can be heard, every story can be honoured, and nobody fades into the background.

    • This space is not therapy and not crisis response

    • Sessions are never recorded to protect privacy and emotional safety

    • Confidentiality is a core expectation

    • Suitability is self-assessed - please read carefully to ensure this program is right for you

    • If you’re unsure whether you are safe, please reach out to domestic violence or crisis supports first

This space exists so you are not communicating - or documenting - based purely on fear, guilt, or the hope that the “right words” will finally resolve the conflict.

In high-conflict post-separation dynamics, communication is rarely neutral. Messages can become tools for control, escalation, or narrative-building. This group is designed to help you recognise those patterns and respond in ways that are intentional, protective, and sustainable, rather than reactive or self-sacrificing.

    You deserve clarity.
    You deserve steadiness.
You deserve to communicate in ways that protect both your child and your nervous system.

This space is where that work begins.
