Your 1:1 Coaching Call – What to Expect
Are you navigating post-separation parenting challenges and wondering how 1:1 coaching can help?
Many separated parents start with The Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™, and then book a 1:1 coaching call, or book a spot in a small group experience, if they would like additional support.
For others, connecting with one of our coaches via a 1:1 or group call can be the first step toward clarity, and a plan that truly works for your post-separation parenting situation. For the majority of people, this plan includes the Blueprint either in conjunction with group work, standalone coaching sessions, or as part of a coaching package. The Blueprint isn’t a ‘nice to have’ or an alternative pathway - it is a fundamental and foundational resource for the majority of our coaching work.
This page explains exactly what happens during your session with Danielle, Trudie or Brigid - what to expect afterward, and how the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™ can support you.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Book your call or group experience AND/OR get immediate access to the Blueprint
If you decide to start with a coaching call, you can choose to work with either Danielle (Principal Coach & Director), Trudie (Senior Coach) or Brigid (Senior Coach).
Select a 1:1 time that works for you via our booking system. Group experiences can be booked via this dedicated page.
60-minute sessions are standard for 1:1 calls, but other time options can be discussed for future calls if needed. Small group sessions are usually 90 minutes in duration.
Complete the pre-call form with as much detail as possible. This gives your coach important information about you and your situation so that you can ‘hit the ground running’ on your first call together.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking, along with a reminder text message and email closer to your session date.
You can reschedule 1:1 calls if needed, using the buttons/links in the confirmation and reminder emails.
Step 2: If you have chosen to start with a 1:1 call or small group experience …
1:1 and group coaching sessions are a safe, confidential space to:
Discuss your current situation, challenges, and goals.
Receive guidance based on evidence-based, child-focused practices, relevant to your unique situation and circumstances.
Ask questions about the coaching process and the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™
Explore the support options available to you going forward, and receive a personalised recommendation from your coach - including whether a coaching package is the best fit for ongoing support.
The focus of your first 1:1 session or small group session is clarity, next steps, actionable strategies and understanding what will serve you best going forward.
Step 3: After your call
Once your 1:1 call or small group experience is complete, you’ll have a clear view of your options:
Option 1 – Continue with standalone calls
Book additional 60-minute sessions as needed, ideal for flexibility and occasional guidance.
Does not include coaching support between calls.
To get the most out of your standalone sessions, you are strongly encouraged to purchase lifetime access to the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™. It provides the structured, evidence-based framework for your coaching sessions, along with resources and tools for your post-separation journey from day one through to final trial and beyond.
Can sign up to small group experiences, or the Stronger Braver Together Circle for additional support in between 1:1 standalone sessions. The SBT Circle is a 6 month small group coaching experience facilitated on a rotating basis by all coaches, and includes access to AI Danielle. The SBT Circle will be discussed with you during your first 1:1 or small group coaching session.
Option 2 – Work with us via a Coaching Package
All coaching packages include lifetime access to the Post-Separation Parenting Blueprint™, brief email/DM support between calls, access to AI Danielle and the SBT Circle, and access to the online community (complete with app) while your package is active .
Packages include a set number of coaching hours, with priority access to bookings.
If you’ve already purchased the Blueprint, a $500 upgrade credit applies toward your chosen package.
Your coach will discuss which option is most suitable for you, and recommend a path that balances your needs, availability, and desired level of support.
Step 4: Moving forward with confidence
Whether you choose standalone calls, group support or a coaching package, your next steps will be clear, and you’ll have actionable strategies to support your children and yourself post-separation.
Every 1:1 call and small group session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, informed, and confident about the path forward, and you can fast-track support and resources by accessing the Blueprint before scheduling a call, or while waiting for your first session.
We’re here to support you every step of the way,
